Position Summary: A Relationship Manager I (RMI) is responsible for assisting customers with various types of transactions while effectively maintaining a cash drawer and providing a memorable customer experience, ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate service. In addition, an RMI performs a wide variety of financial services such as opening deposit accounts and assisting customers with account questions. An ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and works well with others.
